Xi Electronics LLC is a PCB and PCBA turnkey manufacturer based in Orange, California. We help engineers, startups and product teams move from prototype to production with one local partner handling boards, parts and assembly.

• DFM/DFA review before build, including KiCad file support
• Design support for production readiness, such as consolidating hand-wired, multi-board prototypes into a single production-ready board

Leadership: Xi Electronics is led by Ankit Goti, Owner & President, who brings 12 years of PCB fabrication experience along with hands-on PCBA expertise. He is a member of the IPC 7-31A Task Group that drafted IPC-A-600 Revision M, Acceptability of Printed Boards, and has experience in general management of a PCB fabrication operation, AOI and electrical test, and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Quality: Our processes are built on ISO 9001 principles, and we are implementing a formal quality management system. AS9100D certification, CAGE code and ITAR registration are planned to support defense and aerospace programs.
