Amazing's AZ1023-04F 4-channel transient voltage suppression (TVS) array with a DFN2510P10E package is designed for line-to-ground protection against ESD which can reduce costs. The feed-through wiring of the PCB trace can be adopted, which is more convenient. The AZ1023-04F has a parasitic capacitance at I/O pin-to-ground is 0.18 pF (typical), protecting against ESD contact discharge at ±8 kV and air discharge at ±15 kV. The best parameter that qualifies the efficiency of ESD protection is the clamping voltage of 11 V at 16 A (ESD 8 kV).
The AZ5B0S-01F with a DFN0603P2Y package is suitable for line-to-line protection against EOS. The parasitic capacitance is 0.18 pF (typical), which can withstand surge currents of 7 A (IEC 61000-4-5 standard) and the surge clamping voltage is 4 V at 7 A IPP.
