With an industry-leading signal latency of just 1.5 µs and update rate of 1 µs, the TLI49012 angle sensors enables highly responsive motor control systems that improve energy efficiency and reduce commutation noise. High-sensitivity sensors designed for precise linear and angular position measurements

Both devices leverage Infineon’s TMR technology to deliver excellent signal-to-noise performance in compact SOT23 packages. The TLI55910 is a non-amplified sensor optimized for ultra-low power and high-accuracy applications, while the TLI55950 integrates an on-chip amplifier to provide a single-ended output and higher sensitivity for cost-effective position sensing designs.

Cost efficient, small sized current sensors as shunt replacement

Both devices provide galvanically isolated, contactless AC and DC current sensing with excellent accuracy, low noise, and high robustness, enabling reliable current measurement in compact, high-power electronic systems. While the TLI5570 focuses on broad current-sensing applications with a non-amplified differential output, the TLI5572 targets high-power-density designs with an integrated amplified output, higher bandwidth, and extended temperature capability.

Cost-efficient with ultra-fast protection feature sensor for high power density applications

With a differential measurement through two integrated TMR full bridges, the TLE5571 is immune to external stray fields without the need for any magnetic shield. Well-suited for SiC and GaN applications with min. bandwidth of 2.5 MHz, the sensor has ultra-fast, integrated over-current detection (OCD) so that applications, circuits, and even dedicated sensitive components can be protected from over-current events.
