Infineon Aurix TC4D7 Lite Kit - Unboxing | DigiKey
We take a look at the Aurix TC4D7 Lite Kit from Infineon. The 500 megahertz hexa-core TC4D7 provides high performance, connectivity, and safety capability in automotive and industrial applications.
Inside the box, you’ll find the TC4D7 Lite evaluation board and a USB-C cable. The board offers CAN and Ethernet as well as multiple expansion interfaces. In this demo we’re going to use Infineon’s Aurix Development Studio to program an example application that multiplexes multiple values over a UART interface and displays them using Infineon’s OneEye GUI builder. Use the USB-C cable to connect the evaluation board to your computer. In Aurix Development Studio, select import Aurix project, filter by TC4D7, then scroll down to the OneEye UART all-in-one example and import it. The readme file provides details on what the example does and how it multiplexes and demultiplexes data. Build it, flash it to the evaluation board, then open the Infineon GUI Designer OneEye demo file. Setup the serial interface and data will begin streaming. The slider at the top allows us to adjust the max value of the signals. We can also see these in an oscilloscope view. The shell view provides a console to communicate with the board.
