The Renesas RZ/V2H-EVK is a quad-core vision AI MPU evaluation kit delivering up to 80 TOPS for edge vision AI and robotics. The Renesas RZ/V2H-EVK evaluation kit is built around the RZ/V2H MPU, delivering up to 80 TOPS of AI performance for edge vision AI applications. Its DRP-AI3 accelerator enables high-performance, low-power AI inference for machine vision, robotics, and intelligent automation. The board combines quad-core Cortex-A55 application processing with dual Cortex-R8 real-time processors for deterministic control alongside AI decision-making. Dedicated DRP hardware accelerates image processing, OpenCV functions, and robotics algorithms for faster development. Up to four MIPI CSI-2 camera interfaces support complex multi-camera vision systems for robotics, inspection, and automation. High-speed PCIe Gen3, USB 3.2, gigabit Ethernet, and CAN-FD provide the bandwidth modern AI and industrial designs require. The board is rated for operation over the -40 to +125°C junction temperature range for industrial-grade reliability.
