The Broadcom ACFJ-3262T is a dual-channel, 10 A automotive gate-drive optocoupler with 5 kVRMS reinforced isolation. The Broadcom ACFJ-3262T is a dual-channel, 10 A peak, rail-to-rail output automotive R2Coupler gate-drive optocoupler in a compact SO-24 package. It provides 5 kVRMS isolation between input and output and 900 VDC differential isolation between output channels. A 95 ns maximum propagation delay and 9 ns maximum channel-to-channel skew suit high-frequency SiC MOSFET and IGBT switching in DC/DC and AC/DC converters. The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified, operates from -40 to +125 degrees C, and includes undervoltage lockout with hysteresis across a 10 to 25 V supply range.
