Invoice Number - the unique invoice associated with this order.

2Date and Time

Date and time the label was printed. Format: Day-Month-Year, 24-hour clock.

Sales Order - DigiKey's internal sales order number

4IDX

Index Number - identifies this specific line item within the sales order.

5PO #

Purchase Order - the customer's own PO number for this transaction

6PN

Ordered Part Number - may be the DigiKey or manufacturer part number depending on how the customer ordered.

7MFR PN

Manufacturer Part Number - the official number assigned by the component's manufacturer

8Part Desc

Part Description - brief description including key specifications.

9CREF

Customer Reference Number - optional internal reference the customer can assign.

10Date Code

Manufacturing date code pulled from the inbound License Plate Number (iLPN)

11Lot Code

Lot code for this batch, pulled from the iLPN.

12COO

Country of Origin - where the parts were manufactured, per iLPN data.

13COD

Country of Diffusion - Indicates the origin of the product's raw materials

14COA

Country of Assembly - Indicates where the product is manufactured into its final form

15Ship Method

Shipping method selected for the order. Highlighted if priority method is used.

16Pick Ticket Number

Unique identifier for this specific pick within the warehouse system.

17RoHS

Restriction of Hazardous Substances- compliance status of the parts (e.g., ROHS3, COMP).

18CIQ

Indicates that order is approved for the China Entry-Exit Inspection/Quarantine Bureau (only pertains to order shipping to China).

19Internal Barcodes

Indicates if the order includes internal barcodes on components.

20MSL Rating

Moisture Sensitivity Level. If highlighted, parts require special anti-moisture handling.

21Static Sensitive

If highlighted, parts are ESD sensitive and require anti-static handing procedures.

22MID

Master Part Identification - DigiKey's internal numerical part ID

23oLPN

Outbound License Plate Number - internal tracking number for a single outbound order.

24Manufacturer

The name of the company that manufactured the parts.

25Reel/CS

Indicates if parts should be placed on a reel or sent as a continuous strip.

26Quantity

Total quantity of parts ordered on this line item.
